INSANITY!!!!!

My wife and I have recently started working out to the Insanity DVDs that you see on TV.  They really are insane!  I like to work out, be in shape, and look good.  It has been a little while since I have been exercising so I'm not in shape.  The first day that we did it I thought I could really push myself and do fairly well with the people on the DVD, I was wrong... 

I started out strong but gradually slowed down and my legs started burning, my abs hurt, my arms were heavy and I felt sick.  I quickly learned that I need to pace myself at the start for not having exercised for quite some time. 

I layed there for in agony waiting for the pain to stop.  I felt like I was going to puke.  The pain never really stopped until a couple of days later.  Then we do it all over again and again.  It's a good pain because getting in shape and exercising just makes you feel good.  Lesson, take it easy the first few times and always have someone to give you a good massage afterwards.
